Book your platform interview

Once all your documents are verified (and, for babysitters, you have passed the online Child Safety Check on this page), book your interview with one of our team members. Interviews are hybrid: face to face or online. This is the last step before you're fully verified and can start accepting placements. Interviews run Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 and Saturday 08:00–15:00 (SAST). Online interviews are on Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
